it not to hard, i get the LED's of ebay this guy. Link
then its a matter of unscrewing the dash and replacing the globes. 9 in total in think.(remove the old ones and put the new LED's in.)

you need to pull the display apart, it has a orange filter that needs to be removed, then cut some normal white paper the right shape and put it where the orange filter was and thats it. make sure that you sand the leds so that they are round and frosted, so that the light is displaced in all directions.

nar no snow, heater does not work 100% so it stays on 32 till the car is warm.

i am happy with the climate control display as it is.(it might be hard to see but it is red) the filter can not be removed without un-soldering the display, so i am not to keen on doing that. just to make it blue.

yeah the clock light is a , the light takes a different type of bulb so i manufacturing one up.

looking good, you've inspired me to pull my finger out and convert the rest of my dash and gear indicators to match the cluster.
What has it set you back so far? I've heard some people using a blue plastic folder to replace the inserts... Did you just use the white paper over the existing orange ones?

Looking good Cheeza!

Has anyone tried this on the digi EB dash? Is it the same as doing the odometer on the pics shown?

Top effort mate, looks great.

For anyone doing it though, these bulbs (from the same supplier who I also highly recommend) are generally regarded as the best all rounders.

it really not that hard, there is a tutorial on ford mods, i will try and find it. the difference to the tutorial is that you can get LED with resistors all ready in them, so it makes it super easy, no soldering or anything!
