Default EA Dash removal

hi guys
just wondering if anyone can help me out. i have an EAII GL and i want to put my tweeters from the component speaker set i have in the factory position under the round grilles on the extreem left and right of my dash, right up under the windscreen. does anyone know an easy way of getting that off? i had a look, and there seems to only be one screw in each grille, but the head is a weird shape. i thought it was an allen key, but none fit. i think that front demister part is seperate to the rest of the dash. if i get thoes screws out somehow, will it just lift off?

it is an allen key... a size 3 i think. just undo them and then you can pull it out (it clips in to place)
