Default New gearbox!

Thanks to STOKEB for hooking me up with his XR6 box. Have to say, impressed with your EB. Love the green. Love the black chaser rims.

I picked it up at around 10PM and chucked it in and went for a cruise around the block at midnight. Hi to whoever was in the blue ED sprint that beeped at me! Right after I saw you I nearly nailed some fool that stepped off the centre plantation on Heaths Road... as if you cant hear my car coming...!

I drove it down to Dromana on the weekend and when I got back I calculated how much fuel it went through for a laugh. Seems to me that it went through about 25 litres. Dromana is a 230km round trip by my calculations. So about 10.8l/100km. Including hosing off a few LS1's and Skylines. Thats not too bad for a 700HP motor. Who would bother with NA!

the Blue ED sprint would have been Sprint_ED (Damo). Good to hear the box is holding up to the 700hp. Hope to see it around.

That was nearly all highway driving though. Around town is a different story. I've never bothered to work that out.

Still keen to get an auto in, but I always wanted another manual because I reckon they are more fun on the street. I'm talking with a few people about the auto but haven't decided which way to go yet.

Comes down to- C4/C10 or Powerglide, transbrake or not, which supplier.

EASPRINT has a line on someone that sounds interesting, otherwise will probably go with keas.

The brand is 'Xtreme'. They have a range of Falcon clutches.
