I'm due to do a full service on the (ED XR8) sprint, and I just need to make sure...
The sprint has GT40 heads, do I require differnet leads to an EB-EL 5.0L? Thanks in advance, Krys. |

90deg leads fit better, the normal 135deg leads will fit, but they can touch on the extractors. If you don't have 90deg leads you can wrap alfoil and a bit of cloth, or similar around the leads where they touch the extractors.

The GT40 head have the same spark plug angle as the E7's so 135 degree plugs will probably work better (GT40P's need the 90 degree plugs). Either will probably work, it should just be easier to find the 135 degree leads.
