Default HRT Bathurst Secret Weapon

You have all heard of the Larry Bar (Diaganol bar across front legs of roll cage near windscreen) we now have the Skaife front screen.

HRT propose a 200 by 200 square hole to be in front of the drivers helmet in the front screen.

This is to facilitate the secret weapon. HRT insiders say that using Mark Skaife's beak (excessively large nose) to be able to suck leading cars back towards the commodore on Bathursts nortoriously long straights.

Pre Bathurst testing has unveiled only a few faults:

1. Insect population at Bathurst should decline dramatically
2. Mark complained of sinus problems after testing (found only to be a back running commodore lodged in nasal passage)

HRT beleive that this is the secret weapon needed to take out another Bathurst victory. Alternatively if it is a wet race and the car fails they will have a mobile pit garage so as the mechanics don't get wet.

Mandy - you didn't mention the "Sneeze-braking" technique.

Poor Skaifey. He used to be so good, but now I wouldn't let him drive my mum to the shops...

I remember reading a quote I think it was on AFF... "Skaife if who he is because Lowndes is where he is." And that's so true... what's the bet if Lowndes stayed at HRT he'd end up being the owner of it today instead of Skaife.... and the one with all the championships and Bathursts to his name...

Skaife got lucky, best driver jumped into a bad car... now he'll need the nose tactic to catch up :

And I'd love to see this sneeze-braking thing in action :

I love the garage call. Very funny. How would they get the hood open?

They'd use the windscreen mod to fit yet another subwoofer - or perhaps this setup might appeal

They could only get it done at that ill famed business that used to be near the corner of Burwood Rd and Parramatta Rd a couple of years ago.

It was called "Mega Expert Install" :lookedat:
