Default ignition key and barrel

hi all

i have a essex v6 1972 mod i am putting the iterrior back toghter soon and my ignition key is so slopply and any key will fit and turn in there .
is there anyone to use for fixing this up and get new keys and barrel fixed up..need help...

A good locksmith should be able to help you out, they may even have the correct small brass tabs that go inside the ignition barrel.

If they can't help you out, I may have a good set around here somewhere (barrel and keys).

mate is yours a good one ..key not loose in barrell and it does not fall out .and if so how much in total barrell and keys and delivery

I got so sick of trying to keep mine in working order so I bypassed the IGN switch alltogether - it is used only for the operation of the steering lock. I have placed a hidden IGN switch elsewhere, and a covert starter button in a separate location. Everything still looks original - just the key doesn't start the motor. Also serves as a basic anti-theft device.

i see were your camming from but i thought about that to but ..hmmmmmm ill try to keep very plain to the idea..
