Need to hire/rent a garage/workshop etc to strip a car in Perth area

Hi Guys, not sure if this is really the right place to put it but mods if you think it goes somewhere else no worries.

I am needing to strip a car of all the good bits then get rid of the shell/parts I dont want afterwards. Can anyone suggest somewhere I could rent or hire for a sort time (1-2 weeks max) around Perth within about a 50 km radius as I am still new to Perth? Just moved down from Karratha a week ago.

I am currently renting and even though I have a double garage I am not in a position to strip the car there.
