peer pressure will win in the end John.. if you get a good group of blokes that are appreciative of the work involved to get a cruise off the ground without any louts driving like Murphy, eventually you'll weed out the clowns..

Best of luck with it

racecraft is right. There are enough of us and it only takes 1 group of guys walking over and telling them to cut it out, Youve done it before john, and it has worked a treat.

Im pretty sure after all this commotion only the ones that deserved to be kicked out of the club will dare cause problems at the next cruise.

What about taking a copy of the intinery to the local cop shop, just letting them know exactly what will be going on that night, where you will be cruising, and your zero tolerance stand on hooning?

Not sure if it will help, but I'm sure they'd appreciate the honesty.

I remember on a few cruises I've been on with different clubs that you have to register on the night to get a map- at that point they take all your details.

Perhaps you can get people to display a simple coloured sticker that is distributed on the night so you can see who is a registered cruiser and who is a random.

Still, pretty tough problem to solve- all you can do is report people that are misbehaving. In the end we are using public roads and have no power to police anyone.
