Default Stalling EB while driving starts immediately

Help I have an EB 6cyl While driving every now and then the engine stops and can be started immediately. My question is could this be the MAP sensor or is it something else, if it is the MAP where do I find it in the engine bay. Any other imput would be greatly appreciated. One other thing can the computer faults diagnosis be done easily or is it a job for a specialised.

Had (or still have) that problem with an EA and the cause in this case would indicate water in the fuel tank. Is it an automatic sedan? The sedan tank can concentrate water near the pump intake and can be sucked in if the car has braked and after starting the throttle is released, is running downhill with the engine at idle or the fuel is agitated and the throttle released.
Expect the small amount of moisture causes one engine cycle to loose power.
