There dosnt seem to be a Tech Support on the E-Series site so i thought it might be ok to post here.
I have tried to register 3 times but to no avail. is there a web problem ? could somebody suggest what should be done. Cheers Kev

I do recall that EVERY field MUST be filled in for the form to work.
