im sick to death of all this TM crap. its just stupid really. you dont have any legal standing on anything that is TM here as i seriously doubt anyones actually filled out the appropriate legal documents to secure these words. and what are you going to do if i use one of the TM words anyway? sue me? hahahahahhaha.

I agree to a point. I mean, it doesnt bother me but as of late it really is getting over the top. Would be funny if it wasnt used for every single damn word!
