Ok guys i just want to pick a few brains here as to whats best to run as coolant on the EA. According to the manual you use inhibitor and water but i wonder if it would be better to use glycol.
Tell me what you think... Ta :

i use a product called castrol radi-cool, about $17 for 5 litres, so pay a bit more and get the concentrate. keeps my car as cool as a cucumber!! and has anti freeze and anti boil protection

Try not to use glycol based coolant as glycol is for anti freeze and after a while it turns to acid if coolant is not changed. But if you worried about coolant freezing use glycol based coolant

I use Tectalloy gold, great stuff, but just make sure you thoroughly flush the system off the old crud, as they can react and clog the system if you mix different coolant's.
