Default *problem*

has anyone fitted after market seats to their EF/L falcon?? what problems have you had with doing so?? cause i'm stuck!! cheers :1syellow1

I put Autotechnica seats in mine, only problem was that they are a bit narrower than the standard Falcon rails, so I mounted one side on a piece of flat steel and spaced the other side up a bit. Make sure you use quality bolts.

Just make sure your insurance company is happy with that, when i changed to Recaro the rails had to be modified because of the base and had to meet some requirement for them, that was 14 years ago mind you.

Thats taking into account you have insurance of course these days

cheers, what thickness was the plate that you used??? oh and on insurance............ lol. what is that!!
