MD Mondeo Sync 2 Software Update

Hey i was wondering if anyone was having trouble updating their Sync 2 Software on their Mondeo to their latest version?

After signing up to the owners dashboard, the site indicates there is a new update for Sync 2 for the car, however when I try to download the update file, it downloads up to 3% and then comes up with an error. I've tried using different computers and usb drives and I get the same result.

Otherwise if anyone can provide the file to upload directly onto the usb drive that would be great as well.
