done it 2wice today. both times motor was cold if not very cool, and happened on saturday after a few floggings from traffic lights (did it once), ive been getting really good economy and a bit puzzled at what it could be as its burning fuel
hasnt done it bfor, and ive been running this xr ecu for a few thousand kays now. cheers nick

strip the black lead on ur oxy sensor and measure voltage between that and the ground, come back and tell us what it is.

ashman, i know that, and i mentioned that it only recently started doing it, ie. hasnt happened bfor :P
just get a multimeter on connectors?

yeah, you want to measure the voltage between the black lead and the battery ground, do it when the engine is hot ie. operating temp, should alternate between .18v and .8v at idle from memory.

its not that, i got a new muffler few thousand kays ago, its not the muffler thats the issue, its chewing fuel on start up. ive seen it blow big puff, and ive smelt it twice now (the other day) didnt do it today though
