BBQ Sauce. Got to have it on every type of meat.

3 pages and no one has picked the best sauce and best steak house!!!!!

Best Sauce: Bernaise

Best Steak House: Vlado's in Melbourne. Cooked by Vlado himself, from his own specially bred cattle, cooked over glowing coals of burning mallee roots. Entree is selected tidbits of meat and sausage. Main: Only serves porterhouse, rump, or eye fillet, with salad(lettuce and tomato). No other mains on the menu. Dessert: Strawberry pancakes (only dessert on the menu).

If you want your steak cooked well done? Go somewhere else, he won't do it.

Big murals of cows on the walls.

Ohh.......and the steak will simply melt in your mouth.

Only "sauce" he provides? Mustard or Horseradish

While Vlado's has street cred, however I have been disappointed with my visits unfortunately. Number 8 restaurant at crown in my experience has delivered a better steak to me than Vlado's has.
