Chairman's Award: Chairman's Award - Issue reason: Your outstanding contributions to this community have not gone unnoticed. IN my view you are a worthy recipient of the (rarely used) Chairman's Award.

I actually remember seeing that on a local news broadcast a couple of years ago.

What’s next? Scratch-and-sniff road signs, pedestrian crossings that give out Maccas coupons if you don’t jaywalk? If you use the emergency phones in freeway break down bays, do they send out a grownup to help?

Wonder if they tested the green surface for motorcycle slippery-ness.

Been in use in the Netherlands for a few years. No issues reported in regards to slippery-ness.

Yes read that, Netherlands I can understand, but knowing most Australian road authorities, they'll buy the cheaper untested Chinesm version, no doubt off Temu.

Remember the reflective line marking paints of years ago, the stuff lasted 10 years, these days newly painted pedestrian crossing markings are lucky to last a year.
