Today local independent service station (Perth WA) ULP for $148.3 with the 4c discount. Not even a line up, generally in Perth petrol has slowly been getting cheaper over the last 2 years. Back in 2021 lanes were blocked at night waiting to get fuel in the $1.80s.
Strangely enough closure of the BP refinery may have something to do with this trend. Maybe it will get down to $1.00 later in May. |

Melb is being screwed. For 98, $2.20 is the norm, with some places $2.70+
Was lucky to be doing a day trip to Port Arlington and passing Geelong. Filled up for $1.79.
