I am into skiing, but I plan on getting into wakeboarding. Is it very hard?

Been barefoot waterskiing for 20 odd years and wakeboarding , hydro sliding and anything else that causes carnage behind the Salem for 10 years .

I'm into it a bit, I have some mates who are right into it so i tag along once a month or so. They don't have any bindings that fit my feet comfortably so i tend to go for the alternatives. I have a decent scar on the back of one leg from an incident involving a tube and poor judgement. I also challenge anyone to get towed behind a boat superman style, like you would liing down ona surfboard, but, without any board. it is good fun.
