there is a red wire with green stripe next to the starter wire on the loom does that go to the black wire coming from the bottom of the coil?just checking before i start it

i always thought that red wire, green stripe was for ignition power on. so that wire will have 12 volts running through when ignition is on

so where does it go?and the black wire of the condensor goes where then
