I'm looking at puting power windows into my xr and was wondering how hard it is and how many have done it?

I seriously recommend if you do it, put in new motors and regulators. Don't go second hand as they can be a bit fragile and like to stuff up. My power windows have caused me plenty of grief. I've replaced my front left and had to fix my right rear about 3 or 4 times before I finally gave up and replaced it. It certainly won't be a cheap mod, but if you want to do it, then it's your choice.
