Considering that coal power stations put out more greenhouse gases than cars ever would (even if we all drove V12's), this is a bloody great idea. Especially considering how much energy is wasted in electricity transmission (ever wondered why powerlines have such high voltages?) and liquid stored energy has very low energy requirements for transmission.

Nice to get one back on the electricity loving, tree hugging, hybrid driving nancies. Step away from the powerpoint...
