Default Your Bar

For Those here who have a bar in their house, :baby bott or even a bottle collection, or anything of the sort, why dont you post pics, or lists...

I have included a pic of our collection, however, we will be moving house with in the next few weeks, and then in a few months time, i should've made a proper bar by then. :hihi:

The favourite bottle there that will only be onened on a VERY special occasion is a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue label.... :evil3:

Cheers Guys, catcha...

(PS there is Rum in that bowser!)

Hmmmmmmm, lovely bottle of Glenfiddich you got there.
I would love to have a collection, except the bottles never last that long in our house.

We've got one of those bowsers & have found that the alcohol slowly evaporates! So I'd suggest you only put alcohol in it that you want to drink quickly.

Yes, very true! although, i just thought that my other half might've been sneakin half shots every now and then... but really? who cares...

We are planning on making up a washer type of thing to fit in the top to stop air from entering and excaping, because we dont really want to make home brewed vinigar! :

I have a nice bottle of Johnny Blue in the bar unit but I don't drink scotch lol so I wouldn't know what it tastes like. I bought it for my other half about 2 years ago. Johnny Red all year 'round for him and the Blue comes out on special occassions. I hear it's very nice and smooth.

If you also stop air getting in then you will have to make a release valve when pouring or you will create a vacuum and nothing will come out ..... hehehehe
