Default sBay Help

I'm selling 2 sets of wheels on eBay. This is the first time I've ever used eBay to sell anything.

eBay includes a note as to posting options. It defaults to "Post to: Australia". I want it to say "Local pickup only", but I can't work out where I select this option.

Can any eBay sellers point me in the right direction here?

Thanks

Yes, that's what I was expecting. It didn't come up.
