Default Another Custom E Series!

As if that GT ute isn't hot enough, get a look at this thing I saw today while driving to uni.

I did a U'ie and took these pics with my phone, I never seem to have my camera when something good is out.

I didn't get a chance to see inside, but it looks like an awesome job!

Very very cool! :

That looks awesome, Al can you tell if the doors have just been filled in? or is it a proper panel along the back. A nice big e-series logo would look good on that clean white surface ;)

I don't like the grooves where the door strips used to be and the full whited out rear looks unsymetrical to me....Also looks like a panel van and i don't like them either haha

Its tidy tho

Yeah I agree, Ghia inserts would be good. Panel Vans rock....well some do anyway.

Oh and I am pretty sure its not an ex-hearse as its really not that long. Just looks like a normal wagon in length.

deffinately not a hearse, they're generally about 300mm longer wheel base.
made that mistake in the past ;)

I have seen pics of it before but it still looks great. It's like an EL delivery van (in a similar style to the XK-XP vans which didn't feature the high roof like the later panel vans)

looks alright, a bit of work and it'd be awesome

I like how the owner shortened the exhaust, and made it leave just behind the rear wheel, shoulda gotten rid of the cut out for the exhaust though

I dont know if i really like it or if i dislike it. Either way congrats to the owner for all the hard work in it. It just does seem a little plain. To much white in a big space. Add some custom air brushing and it will be sweet

if you look closely enough, the roof line has been rasied past the doors. Excellent body work going from those pics.

Actually that roof looks standard to me. On all the wagons, the roof is raised the same. Here's an example
