I would imagine a doughnut would be a worse a choice than a puffy, its not as fatty as it looks as it is quite airy and the inside is creamy custard, the outside like a biscuit mmmmmmm

Arteries hardend yes but as for nutritional content, Killajuls carbs sodium and saturatedfat are all part of nutrition and I'm guessin these litle jigers have that lot by the truck load

Kilojoules is how it's spelled.

We all need kilojoules, fat, sugar and salt. However, it's a case of monitoring what we eat and balancing it with exercise, or something that resembles movement.

These things aren't too bad if shared. The whole packet in one sitting is a one way ticket aboard the coronary spasm express!
