Default Retiming 79 mk2 escort

Hi guys, i'm replacing a crank shaft and cam shaft seal as well as my timing belt. i was wondering if anybody could drop me a note about how to retime the engine after i do this. The last thing i want is to smash my valves or something stupid like that!
