Default Breakups

Hii all.
just went thru a tough breakup with my gf. just wondering how people managed to get over them? feel like absolute crap now and need advice on how to overcome it. any help appreciated

Ive never broken up with anyone but I guess one of the better things to do would be to not sit at home by yourself..... get out and do something.

Oh and under absolutely no circumstances should you listen to James Blunt hehe
