For me, it is can openers.
I just seem to go through them really quickly, break them after a few weeks, or the handle stuffs up and keeps turning while nothing's happening, or the can rim gets so mangled I have to use a knife to finish the job and end up cutting myself. Last weekend I had to return one to K-Mart because it literally broke into four pieces while trying to open a can of dog food. I went to find another for exchange and they had sold out, so I got one that was twice the price and put in the extra $$. A few days later, the thing jams on a can and the handle comes loose and turns while nothing is happening on the rim. It's working again but I think once that happens, it's on the way out. My mother even sent me one in the post that she has used for years with no problem and it lasted me only a few weeks.

Beers. They come out of the fridge all nice and cold and full, then all of a sudden they are empty and all I'm left with is a useless brown bottle.

Car parts.
Been through 2 aftermarket clutch master cylinders - fixed by going oem (that ordeal cost $150 and a $170 tow. the second one i got under warranty but that died so im awaiting a refund) Gearbox shifter linkage - didnt quite fit had to make it fit. Been driving 2 hours for a used instrument cluster which is dead on arrival Clutch fitment - had to grind bellhousing a touch for it to fit. Gearbox had to be test fitted about 6-7 times to get it right. Steering wheel boss kit - had to try 3 different ones over a span of 2 weeks because none of them fit. New injectors wouldnt seal properly had to pull the intake manifold apart 3 times to get to the issue let alone solve it. getting quite fed up with having to do things 5 times..........

My car is cursed. I bought the mint EA Ghia in 2002, and crashed it 9 days later. Since then I've been rear ended once, crashed it another time, and had my front right wheel fall off going around a corner. I have had the heater and aircon fail on me a number of times. Unfortunately due to lack of funds, the season has basically been over by the time I've managed to get it fixed. For example I've gone through winters without a heater and summers without aircon. When I've had the heater fixed, summer has been approaching, and whenever I've had the aircon fixed, it's nearly winter! Thankfully I've had both heater and aircon working for the last 16 months, although they are a bit slow to do their work. Then I had the fuel pump replaced. It loosened about 3 times since. One time I filled the tank up, then all of a sudden fuel came gushing out from under the car. Another time I was driving along, and a hose came off it, causing the car to run like crap. It was almost impossible to take off without stalling. The most recent run of bad luck, I get the car looking good, and promptly some tool decides to key it, so now I've got scratches down 4 of the panels. Sometimes I wonder why I've bothered doing it up.

As mundane as it seems, cheap screws. And I'm not refering to themes previously discussed, I'm talking real actual metal screws.
Unless they're a decent quality screw, the head always shears off with only light pressure. I was putting a latch on the bathroom door the other day, and even after tapping a pilot hole with a good quality screw (borrowed from a door elsewhere), the screw seemed to almost disintergrate as I screwed it in. This happened 3 times in succession, each time, I was being more and more careful. I ended up going and buying a packet of good quality screws. What should have lasted 5 minutes took over an hour. Excreted me to tears.

Restaurants!
They always seem to stuff my order up, or forget our order completely! It usually happens to 40% of meals at restaurants we go to. And im fairly sure its just me, cause my missus has been out with work colleagues and has never has a problem!
