Default The Long Weekend.... an open message.

We have a long weekend about to begin, I thought id post this, not as some kind or elitist comment or to preach to you all but to highlight that this is REAL.

Please drive safely over the long weekend, there will be allot of extra traffic on the roads.

We've had far too much tragedy, not only here in Victoria but everywhere, think about your families, friends and loved ones... seriously... take a second to reflect about them and yourself.

Think of them before doing anything stupid, rest if you need to, don't drink drive, "hoon" or take risks. Stop someone if you need to but above all else make sure you're around on Wednesday to post....

Have a safe weekend, especially on the roads....

Yeah good message, not sure what is going on of late but certainly dont need more lives lost on the road. So glad it was said to Drive Safely, which doesnt always correlate with driving slower.

If you needed another reason its double points here in NSW until Tuesday night. Started midnight last night.

Agree. Better getting there late than never. Stay safe.

Good message! Everybody drive safely and keep the road toll down as it's clocking up too fast, too early in the year.
