Did the TC Cortina have a 3 speed floor change? If so, would that work on the gearbox in my XP?

yes it was available as a 3 speed in the 4 cyl and 6 cyl even as a column shift 6 seater(yes my sister had one, a 3 on the tree 4 cyl wagon) if it was the 6 cyl then it will fit your falcon as it was just the falcon 3 speed with linkages they used, I've owned two Cortina 3 speed floor shifts don't know about the 4 cyl box though
