It appears to be a Ford Australia Identification Plate
At a rough guess, I would say this was from the 60s... Prefix: AK1KGL A means it was manufactured in USA but assembled locally, "K" indicates it was assembled in Sydney. 1K Is the model, I believe that is an F700. GL is the year and month. I believe it is May 1967. SERIAL: 24288 I believe that units of each model were number sequentially, so you could probably tell more from this if you knew the allocation. SIDO: 4Q3254 This is the unique dealer's order. MODEL: 73753T?? 73753 Indicates it was a F700 Cab-Chassis with the 194 inch wheelbase. ENGINE: T Not 100% but I believe this was the FT 330, a heavy duty version of the FE. TRANS: F Borg-Warner 4spd T-18 h/duty truck transmission R AX: H FR AX: G PAINT: E White TRIM: Y "Palomino" Brake Booster: D GVW: 23000 pounds NET HP: "" I believe it was 190bhp RPM: "" @4,000rpm SVO: ""

Well not everyone is computer savvy in doing this. I think the OP was bit too harsh with his comment to Tassie f100, did not see tassie post being abusive. |

Turns out it takes as much time to help the guy out, giving some back in a sense than it does to sledge him on it.

Apologies for stating the obvious, but, if you don't already know "Ctrl + roll up" increases page size. That's all I did.
