In the morning lam selling a car to a buyer from interstate. He is than travelling from vic to Sydney. What is the procedure so l don’t cop any fines or tolls he may incure. I can’t get my head around vicroads procedures. He has flown down and is driving the car back.

This will tell you what is needed to be done, usually a transfer form will cover you against fines once signed & dated submitted to VicRoads.
