I would say that car is one that was stolen, and the police vehicle was also parked in the same complex.

Looked to me they were using a BMW convertible then saw the unmarked car, which looked like a large sedan, maybe Camry, and broke in. Question is why a gun was left in the car overnight, especially with the crime wave Townsville is experiencing.

hi
Crime wave in Townsville ,its an absolute joke . A wave implies its small and temporary... Its a bloody HUGE everyday tsunami .
Tradies cannot leave ya ute open . Every things gotta be locked and chained .
Cannot leave your ute outta site unless fully locked .
Don`t dare leave your keys in your car or your engine running and duck to get a paper .
security screens / flood lights /deadlocks / alarm / these are minimum requirements
many are getting cameras and big dogs
home invasions are increasing alot

City beach side suburb has 3 x crime as many southern state suburbs . Easy to check

Being labour only ever only worried bout Brisbane , liberal finally might solve the issue .
3 x caught = jail
adult crime = adult time
minimum adult time

Bit P*** poor if a gun was left in a vehicle overnight, If I did that with one of my guns I would be charged.

hi
Many states have done away with the 3 strikes your out rule . Now what happens is we let the criminals mix freely . Crims have rights is the vast opinion . Son u gave up your rights when u broke the law ., is how it should be .

Under 13, sterilise the parents if a conviction obtained in certain categories. Over 13, the offender. Results would start to show in a decade or less.
