Hasnt paid me what Im owed (in excess of $1k), and has gone to Sydney to look at nice big shiny new boats while Im sitting here waiting to finish the payments on a guitar.
What to do? (Apart from going to see her cos I'll be doing that on Tuesday).

Get a lawyer... The consultantion and drafting of a letter could be well worth your while. Careful though - this could burn bridges, so if thats a problem consider this very carefully.
