Can anyone elaborate on this info??? I did read this info a while ago and the placement of the sound meter and the car's surroundings were very specific.

Not to worry, i can ring qld transport on Monday if i dont receive anymore replies.

yeh the car has to be at 3/4 of its peak power rpm. ie. if your max power is at 4000 rpm then you rev to 3k and test.
