Kill me for this question, but....
Anyone got a wiring diagram for the Power/ Speaker connections for an EA Fairmont? I don't want to risk fritzing anything. |

get a 9volt battery and 2wires, there are 4pairs of similarly coloured speaker wires. touch these together and you will hear crackling from the relevant speaker

Managed to get a Nie big, thick, blue manual. Found the schematics and have since installed Nicley.

Wiring a stereo in your car is one of the easiest things that you can do i reacon play around with it the worse you could probably do is blow a fuse if you dont put something in the right place!

wiring in an ea is easy
me and a mate installed a cd player after taking out the stock 1, outside 7/11 at 10:00pm. nothing better too do, but very easy wiring, and speakers installed 2. ill say that the curry behind the counter was less than impressed with us!!!!

Took my mate and i 6 hours to fit and wire head unit wiring two subs two amps two 6 inches and a capasitor!

Its getting done tomorrow mate by a professional tried to book into ford but i cant get it in till next tuesday i need it for new years day im off to traralgon. 6hours but sounds good!!!
