Default New sound setup in AU1...questions.

Hi guys, I'd appreciate any help. I don't know a lot about radio installation.

First, how do I gain access to wherever it is under the dash where the speaker wires come in from the left door? Maybe info on the right door too, but I'm not up to that yet. I've got thicker wires to go in which won't merely feed in via inside the door.
I wouldn't mind learning how to get the glove box out too if anyone can tell me. I undid a screw inside it before and the clip moved aside.

There's an MTX Thunder 280 amplifier driving direct to a SAAS subwoofer. The crossover button on the MTX is marked 'in' or 'out' .Do I set this to 'in'?
(Another amp drives woofers and tweeters)
Any suggestions where to put 2 crossovers up the front of the cabin somewhere? Dimensions 26mm high, 127mm long and 73mm wide.

Four 6 disc stackers have an interface between the head unit and the stackers. Is this controller supposed to supply the power to the stackers via the 13 pin leads? Also the stackers are in a wooden box; do the stackers need an earth return?

Thankyou

The best way to access the speaker wiring is remove the radio.

Yep, the radio is out thanks. I've wrapped foam around the radio loom with tape. I do not need these wires. I've some heavier duty speaker wire which came with the sytem but I don't know how to install it.
Thanks.

please help..anyone. Truly the car is sitting in the carport from 24 hours ago. I am stuck.
The major issue is how to feed the heavier gauge speaker wires through.

thanks

Forget what they say in car radio places with fluoros under their cars. The standard wiring to the doors is fine for what you want.Connect to these. If the audio system is of good quality youll be sweet. Just makes sure earths are done properly and your car battery is free of dirt .

LOL I know where you're coming from, I believe their last names rhyme with banker.

The woofers are 170 Watt peak input power, with continuous @ 85 Watts into 4Ω and the woofers will be right up there often enough.
With those figures is it correct to presume current of nearly 15 amp at peak?

Ah well it's all in however the front door speaker wires run from behind the edges of the trims to the kick panel under the dash.
The new task fomr me now is to make 6 wires for the newie and then tap them in to correctly fused circuits.
