Default cheap spray

hey guys, im after a bit of advice, my falcon is rosewood metallic (maroon) in color, and recently the clear has peeled on the bonnet, after a crappy respray by the previous owners. It looks very bad and of course the bonnet is what people see first. its on a third of the bonnet.
-cheapest way to fix it, so it looks good? using aerosol cans of spray, which i can kind of do? or use an air compressor after taking it back to metal?
but i dont have a compressor, or any knowledge of how to use 1.

any help is much appreciated- what do i do
cheers

The best painting process I know of quality-wise, is to have the panel sprayed and then heat-baked to seal it.

I dont think spray cans are a good idea.

It wouldnt be that much to get it done professionally. I just got my roof and a quarterpanel redone on wednesday, i had the same problem. It only cost me $370.
I agree with EF machine, spray cans wouldnt be a very good idea.
