Im after info on this edxr6 Calder Park Off-Street Drags
June 24th, 2005 by: Luke Oxley (Please email author in regards to purchasing photos) View Image Gallery Winter is well upon Melbourne at the minute and that means good air for turbocharged vehicles. The Friday night Calder Park Off-Street drags will be run weekly over the winter season. Ryan Quinn’s ‘OBEHVE’ R33 GTS-t has run a best of 10.35 on slicks. Ryan was out on street tyres this time and still ran a very quick 11.33/129. Michael’s Bresciani spec VL turbo was also running well and recorded a 10.24/133. The Promaz ‘BZDOUT’ RX4 launched strong but suffered a battery problem going 11.11/110 while the white VL ran 11.45/117. The grey Audi ran 12.3/115. More and more turbocharged Ford’s are being built in Melbourne and the red Falcon EA went 12.12/118. Rick’s little white Starlet turbo now sporting a new L.S.D and improved to a 12.74/113. The quickest pass of the night belonged to Maurice Allen’s pro bike. The bike ran 8.03/169. The big green Monaro ran well for a 10.21/133. Its a ED XR6 from thomastown way.......It has a 4 speed auto from Sam's Auto's, which has a push button gear selector. Apparently was running around 300rwkw.
