If you have an EL Fairmont you're in luck you only need to change the lenses and not the side mouldings. Go to ford and ask for 2x NF Fairlane side indicator globes. $22/ea or $22 for the pair, cant remember

$22 ea.

On the EF Fairmonts, you can use AU clear side indicators, which will fit in the hole, but won't sit properly.

You can also buy the NL indicator surround and the NL indicators, and get the surrounds sprayed to your car colour.

lol. The defect was for being 15mm too low at the front. In SA EF/L's need to be 350mm from the centre of the hub to the top edge of the guard... Mine was 335mm.

So measurements = 350mm from centre hub to lip of guard on front and 340mm from centre of hub to lip of guard on rear

The defect got lifted today incidently... Only problem I had was my front tint that they made me remove with a razor on the spot... My glass already has a slight tint in it, unfortunately in SA the front tint HAS to allow 70% of light through. The factory tinted glass allows 80% of light through, so you can only drop another 10% :S so that sucks.
