Default something strange may be happening with my diff

first up its an lsd

i dont know if its a problem or not. when i do a sharp u turn, i can really hear the tires gripping the road surface. and when i do a slow turn say into a carpark spot from stopped, the tires squeak like im ripping a burnout or a donut. hmmm beats me. but when i do a sharp turn it sounds like a diff locker is on, by the way the tires try and grip.

maybe its a limited slipless diff? =P

lol i guess maybe the lsd you have hass just been welded up or some sort of mini spool which doesnt let it slip much before it locks both axles

the LSD in my cars pretty tight, it'll only do as you say if its given a bit while turning.
slow turns you won't even notice.

I have LSD in the EF XR, does the same thing.

Didn't think it was a bad thing though?

had this thread been up but a month ago i would have probably been oh, them LSD folk all bragging again bout their wicked differentials, now i can contribute hazza. Mine does it to its normal im assuming cos its limited slip it can slip only a little, sharp corners with a bit of stick and roundabouts fast in dry cause mine to make same sort of noises from tyres

LOL umm as rob said not on a falcon. Its because its a very very tired and worn 3:23 SS diff from a EA SVO that use to belong to a previous eseries member.
