Hey guys my cousin just bout a 88 EA for his first car and i was having a look at it and it looks like it used to be hooked up to run LPG (im no mechanic but the injectors were different and the switch was still in the car) I was just wondering what do u think the costs would be to put a tank in if all the fittings are there and also will the car run fine.

depending on if all the stuff under bonnet (convertor, mixer, solenoid, gas line to boot) is there you shouldnt really have a problem, but your best bet is to take it to some one who knows about gas or a gas specialist and get them to check it out. leaglly in s.a unsure about other states you can only remove a gas tank but the gas tank can only be fitted or refitted by a licensed gas person. hope this helps.
