Have a KA delivery car and it overrevs.You can take your foot off the accelerator and in neutral and the bloody thing revs out and you notice it between changing gears.Have lubricated and checked acc cable but think it may have something to do with a solenoid or something.Hope some help may come my way. :

That would be fun to drive....
Take the intake pipe off (in a clean environment, no leaves or flies) and have a look at the throttle body, see whats happening with that... A spring that closes the TB may have came off... Does it have cruise control? |

No cruise control but will try cleaning the throttle body have been also told it could be the idler solenoid ?Ford want to charge a fortune to put on the computer but when we were getting it serviced with them they couldn't find the problem then. used:
