I saw an old stock civic last week that had about 6 or 7 gauges all different colours in it, thought that was a crack up till i saw the scissor doors..
Its just one of those things you wish you had a camera for.

Mate, you would have to disguise yourself in makeup and dress if in your world a WRX front bar is as good as owning a WRX.

Can I ask a stupid question why is it that you all seem to hate rice or boyracer cars .
Is it the cars themselfs or the people that usauly own them .
One thing I will say about boyracer cars is that a 10sec boyracer is better behaved on the street than a 10 sec muscle car and a 10sec boyracer can be used every day .
I guess I have trouble with bagging boyracer cars because I like all loved cars and My age sits right in between both muscle and boyracer .

These include S2000, WRX, Evo, 3000GT, Supra, Skyline, FTO, RX7, VR-4, 240sx, 200sx, 300zx, etc.
However I hate standard lancers, mazdas, basically any standard 4 banger thats all show and no go.

I have found that alot of people right them off and was just wondering if it was in friendy rivalry or plain and simply because people just hate them .

Well most people here have probably never driven a good well maintained performance import before and have only stuck to their holdens and fords which is why there is bias.
I grew up with Holdens, mates are all import fans, I'm currently with Ford.
Same bias would apply to import drivers who have no respect for domestics.

By all means bag ricers but not all four cylinder FWDs are slow (and I hate how Honda's name is dragged through the mud by them).

Yeah, actually I dont mind Honda they make some pretty decent cars and they do hold the record for most powerful production NA 4 cylinder in the world.
Honda S2000 makes 250hp from a 2.0 litre 4cyl. Pretty impressive stuff.

Only problem is all these ricer fanboys destroying their image.

I guess for me, a car with a bodykit/rims is all nice for eyecandy and oogle at. But theres a thin line when people go overboard, eg/ gtwings on lancers, overdone decals, shopping lists when theres no trace of that brand/product on your car.

But there's also the clean gtr's, supras, rexies, s14-s15's, fd's that really make you go ooh, without the added rice (:

And the reason why I like those kinda of japanese car's is because of friends influence (: Despite me growing up in an all Ford family =D

Dont get me wrong, I love the typhoon/fpv designs (: but I also like the r34's "boxy" sedan look and the fd's curved design (: I know that once my I've paid off my fiesta, i'll be getting hopefully an r34, rx7 or the lancer evo (:
