Hey guys i went to jollys today and they have a ED 5 speed manual there they want $450 for it. Is it worth it?

5 speed convertion normaly cost between 500-700 and one that has been rebuilt is worth 750-1000

If that includes everything shaun then yeah that's a great price. I would budget another $200-250 for a new clutch kit, spigot bearing and flywheel machining.

Yeah was thinking abotu a heavy duty clutch damo and all that other stuff stupid me didnt ask him if it included all that. Should i have any problems being ED and mine EB?

If it does include everything for conversion, check the box thoroughly, sounds a little too cheap for a wrecker if complete coversion.

they dont give good rates to anyone dude, its a set price no matter if your the Sultan of Runai or a street sweeper.

If I were you id actually put MPFI on the car.

do both at the same time, it will be a whole new car! If i had of known you were going on th MCCR cruise i would have brought that bracket and dizzy for ya. I wouldn't bother with a HD clutch i have a standard one in my EA and it's fine, unless ya putting out power it's a waste.

So why are ED 5spds a THIRD of the price of friggin EF 5spds?

EF/EL boxes are a complete rip! $1200 pffft...
