I've decidied to bite the bullet and put ultralow King springs in my EB XR6 (with KYB shocks and riding on 18" mags). I'd just like to see some pics of other E series cars that have been dropped on their guts. If you post pics could you also include details of your springs/shocks, what size rims and let me know what the ride is like (if all possible).
Cheers. |

you'd wanna watch out for the cops though... i got super lows with 17" an its low enough for me =) ....
they are the lowest in the superlows springs they are pedders i believe... bought it like this... and it rides like a skateboard, but that is easily changed with super lows with softer springs i guess |

mine with superlows allround on bilstein shocks. yeah its not "dumped" but it sits alright. i have since put in ultralows in the rear and although the spring differnce height compared to superlows looked very promising for dumpage (like an inch in height difference although the UL's had thicker metal than SL's) it barely went any lower than the superlows :( i am not a happy chappy so i think i might try some custom springs or get a new brand called "custom grinder"...LOL |

Here is my EB,.... Its on King ULTRA lows with munrow (sp?) shocks, nothing fancy, but does the job fairly well....... They dont look very 'ultra low' but trust me, they are..... I have 10.5cm clearance at the critical points (sump etc)
Its running 235 x 45 x 17 rubber. I havent actually paid anybody to lip it at the front yet..... But it has slowly been doing it itself over the past few weeks since it has been on the road, he he he. Oh, and it sits a tad lower at the front now due to the fat 'boat anchor' that now sits in the engine bay. Mike

Yeah that doesn't look low at all John, i see what you mean. Here's a pic another forum member sent me of their car that has ultralows in the rear, it doesn't look anywhere near as low as i thought it would either. I hope my car sits heaps lower!
