Well after about a week of filling the coolant with water and trying to find a leak, i may have come across the problem. Recently my coolant levels have been acting up and i couldnt figure out why?? i would take it to get it service but i need the car 4 now.
I have got some shots that i took just before and was just wondering if any1 could help me out with this. Their are no leaks from the radiator, exhaust, coolant bottle or hoses/connections. This is what i found, what seems to be coolant liquid and rust. What could be causing this? (please dont tell me its the heads!!) Thanks |

water pump is right above that leak. It's probably the water pump gasket.
