Ok, This is what everyone has been waiting for, the details for the GT4 Drag strip comp.
In an effort to keep this as simple as possible Fordel and myself have worked out that there should be only one class. PRODUCTION STREET CARS ONLY will be accepted, Exclusions are CONCEPT vehicles and RACE vehicles. Modifications are FREE, meaning go your hardest to get down that 1/4 mile as quick as possible. In the event that there is a Draw (which is highly unlikly), The winner will be decided by another Drag comp for 24 hours in a vehicle chosen by Fordel and myself. The competition runs from today the 1st of April to the 17th of April 2005. As per the last competition we need picture proof of the time posted on this thread. The prize is a Ford Hat signed by no other than the Devil Racer Marcus Ambrose. Good Luck.

MR_SIDO, if you don't mind, can I suggest a format for posting up times?
Forum Name - Time - Car - NOS - Yes/No Good to see too that you can't run the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak, why put up a Drag comp then?

sounds good, but is there any need to say whether or not you used NOS? If you are going for max speed wont everyone be using it?

most likely not as you would assume everyone will be using it, but if someone doesnt then they can just say so

oh that buick is an animal! Its the best thing to drive! So taily
DK, thats a good time in the MNP skyline, I brought one of those aswell Ive only done a turbo mod to it and it handles like a POS. My bog stock NSX-R is quicker than it. Ill try and stay on topic, but I just blew 300k on buying a 05' M5 and the POS is slower than the BA FPV GT. What the hell is up with that?

Dude just do the second rainy race sell the mazda6 race car a few times and ur rich. Or do one where the car is worth $250,000 and get lots of money like i idid. After i have finished the jap GT championship i will do my best. So no concept or race cars (i'm buggered most of my cars are them but i got a few little beasts in the garage). Will get this done asap so i can have a play with settings etc.
Good luck to everyone may the force be with you.......

ah..what is going on? Ive turned autosave off and whenever I change car the bitch still saves, all I want to do is sell me cars so I have money! But whenever I buy a new car it wants the memory card in or it doesn't continue..grrr
I just fully modded a R33 Nismo 400R and struggled to get a 10.241, how the heck DK got 8.7 is beyond me at the moment. Is the R34 that much better? Guess ill have to find out.
