Default Anyone work in phone shops here??

Hey guys, just started working for a phone shop, been helping out with everything u can think of to get it open for the owners. Jus twas wondering how much roughly anyone else in the industry gets.
Coming from being a supermarket manager, its a bit of a drop in pay to 31000 a year base. First 3 months no commission, then commission after that.
So does anyone else dothe same for a livin and roughly waddya get?

I employ 3 salespeople in our stores telco area, , and at the end of the year, they should end up with about $45000 - $50000

There is reasonalble "commission" to be made in the actual phone contract connections as the telco providers pay a kickback and an ongoing percentage of the customers bill... ( its a very small percentage )
